APGA Candidate Odiuko, breaks silence after the National Assembly election

The APGA senatorial Candidate for Owerri zone in the just concluded election, Barrister Chyma Anthony (Odiuko) has expressed thanks to the people of the zone for the support they gave him during the election.
He also thanked party members for efforts to lift the party to greater heights.
The Senatorial Candidate asked the people of the zone especially his supporters not to be deterred by the outcome of the election.
According to him, his interest to represent the people of Owerri zone in the Red Champers of the National Assembly, is borne out of the need to attract dividends of democracy to the people.

Barrister Chyma Anthony stressed that though a lot of energy, time and resources were invested in the contest, election is not a do or die affair; explaining that his interest to ensure the effective representation of the people of Owerri zone overrides other interests.
The APGA senatorial Candidate, wished well to those who came out successful and tasked them to put the interest of the people above every other primordial interests.
He however maintained that he would not relent in his quest for opportunities to serve his people.
It can be recalled that the APGA Senatorial candidate for Owerri zone, Barrister Chyma Anthony Odiuko, had contended with the likes of Uche Onyeagucha of PDP, Ezenwa Onyewuchi of Labour party, Alex Mbata of APC among others in the just concluded senatorial election.
Though the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC had declared Ezenwa Onyewuchi of Labour party as the winner, Barrister Chyma Anthony expressed the belief that election is not a do or die affair but an effort to subject oneself to the service of the people.
